Hasen Jilo, a resident of the Burji special area in the southern region, is suspected of murdering his 22-year-old wife and mother of ten children, Nebgimber, with a single shot to the chest.
While drinking in one recent night, the accused returned home at 8:00 p.m. and shot his wife, who was herding cattle and died.
After reviewing the case file submitted by the prosecutor and determining that the defendant committed the offense, the court found him guilty.
The defendant contradicted his statement to the police saying that he did not commit the crime, but he admitted that he and his wife had a big fight because of the children and he shot her in a fit of anger, which was confirmed by his confession to the court.
