Action For The Needy and IGAD sign a contract worth €3.8 million to carry out development work in Moyale

In accordance with the agreement, internal road work in Moyale city, animal market rehabilitation, construction of a sizable facility close to the abattoir, drilling of water wells in Oromia Moyale and Somali Moyale, and animal market reconstruction will all cost a total of 231 million birr.

According to estimates, the 34-month trial will be beneficial to millions of people.

Action for the Needy in Ethiopia (ANE) and the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) signed a sub-delegation agreement in Djibouti on August 29, 2023. The sub-delegatee (ANE) is now able to implement the Project Implementation of Infrastructure and Accompanying Measures in Moyale, Ethiopia with assistance from the Regional Migration Fund (RMF), as a result of the sub-delegation settlement
