The young Ababaw Mamuye traveled to Debre Birhan on May 8/2023 (Miyazia 30/2015 EC) to visit family members, but he was abducted according to his family members. At the time, he was walking near the Tebasie Jiru road with his brother when individuals in civilian clothing in an army patrol vehicle stopped them and said they were wanted for questioning before taking him away.
