Ethiopian Airlines to Resume Direct Flight to Medina

ADDIS ABABA – Ethiopian Airlines, the largest airline in Africa, is set to resume its direct flights to Medina, Saudi Arabia.

The national flag carrier has announced today that it will start to serve Medina as of August 2, 2023.



The flight will be operated four times a week.

Saudi Arabia is the oldest destination in the Arabian Peninsula region for Ethiopian Airlines next to Yemen.

The resumption of flight services to Medina will take the number of the airline’s destinations in Saudi Arabia to four. Dammam, Jeddah, and Riyadh are the other three.

Currently, the Airlines is serving more than 145 domestic and international passenger and cargo destinations.
