The minister will visit Ethiopia on Wednesday, the US State Department has announced.
It is anticipated that they will discuss the steps taken to bring about peace in Ethiopia’s northern region as well as the implementation of the cease-fire agreement while they are there.
According to reports, they will also speak with partners and organisations from the civil society sector about topics like food security, human rights, and the distribution of humanitarian aid.
