The ownership and management of four public enterprises will be privatised, the government announced.
The general director of public development organisations, Ato Habtamu Hailemichael, outlined the necessity of investors for entry into and acquisition of the businesses.
The general director claims that among the private investors who will gradually switch to a public-private partnership are BM Textiles, Africa Juice, Abyata Soda Ash, and Amche.
He claimed that the method of concentrating on the requirements of the government and the populace would continue. He cited the recent privatisation of more than 300 organisations by the government
